Nathan Rose - Owner and Sr. Systems Engineer

Nathan Rose has been working professionally as an IT consulting Engineer for over 20 years. In 2006, He was inspired to establish Crash Technology Group (CTG) because he saw a need to help small business owners succeed. Nathan’s exceptional customer service and extensive technical knowledge allow his clients to focus on growing their business, and not worry about their IT infrastructure. Being a Missouri native, he understands the positive impact small businesses have on the local community.
Nathan graduated from Missouri Valley College with a B.S. in Communications, spending his early professional years as a commercial producer, radio host, pro-AV tech, and onsite production engineer for the KC Chiefs Radio Network. Nathan has gone on to earn many industry certifications that confirm his IT expertise and demonstrate his knowledge.
Nathan’s passion for IT has constantly motivated him to expand his knowledge. This drive has grown a small loyal client base into a present-day expanding portfolio. His goal is to partner with businesses to provide custom solutions that work for them at an honest price.

Maxwell Halpern - Operations and Systems Technician
Maxwell Halpern is a business and public health graduate from Tulane University. Since graduation, he has amassed experience in sales, contracts, and strategy development in the technology, healthcare, and retail sectors.
Maxwell has demonstrated a natural aptitude for performing effectively in high-pressure environments. He is also adept at managing multiple projects at any given time. Maxwell’s verifiable history of contributing directly to organizational growth and expansion provides great value to any organization he is a part of.
In school and after graduation, Maxwell has focused on several different avenues of the business cycle including general management, business and strategic planning, leadership, and driving team collaboration. He has demonstrated superior expertise in the utilization of effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as project acumen, and data analysis expertise to support efficiency and maximum returns.
Maxwell has had a deep interest in computers from a young age. He was always the go-to person for family and friends when they were having issues with their devices. Maxwell is excited to join the IT field and utilize his technical and interpersonal skills to help others with technology. He is currently pursuing his A+ certification as well as other technical learning avenues to further his skills.
