Maxwell Halpern is a business and public health graduate from Tulane University who translates strategy into secure, reliable IT operations for small and mid-sized businesses. Maxwell specializes in end-user support and advanced troubleshooting in Windows and macOS environments, with deep experience in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration. His work includes device provisioning, patching, compliance, Intune policy and application deployment, Conditional Access, MFA, and support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, mail flow, and data loss prevention.
His background also spans cybersecurity and networking, including endpoint protection, phishing mitigation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), vulnerability remediation, backup and disaster recovery, and core network services such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring. He additionally supports licensing optimization, hardware lifecycle management, documentation, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
Maxwell holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications and is committed to continuous improvement through trend analysis, durable fixes, and automation, including PowerShell scripting. Colleagues describe him as strategic, analytical, and dependable—someone who delivers practical, secure solutions on time and within budget.
